Ship Cardmarket orders with Sendcloud - tracking flows back automatically

Forwards Cardmarket orders into Sendcloud's incoming-order view. You create the labels in Sendcloud as usual; vendael brings the tracking number back to the Cardmarket order and can mark it as sent.

Setup

  1. In Sendcloud: Settings → Integrations → API - create an API integration; note the public key and secret key.
  2. In vendael: Integrations → Sendcloud, enter both keys and pick the Sendcloud integration the orders should appear in ("Load list" shows your options).
  3. Choose the trigger state - usually paid - and optionally restrict to specific Cardmarket shipping methods (ids from cardmarket.com → Account → Shipping Methods; empty = all).

vendael registers the parcel webhook in Sendcloud automatically - no manual webhook setup. Saving the connection settings re-checks it, so a webhook deleted inside Sendcloud heals on the next save.

The return channel

  • Tracking: when you create a label, Sendcloud notifies vendael and the tracking number is placed on the Cardmarket order within seconds. Re-labelling a parcel updates it.
  • Mark as sent (opt-in): additionally flips the Cardmarket order to "sent" - this notifies the buyer, so enable it only if that's your workflow.
  • Letters without tracking (untracked shipping methods): the label itself counts as the shipping signal - with mark-as-sent enabled, the Cardmarket order is marked sent even though no tracking number exists. Cancelled or deleted labels never touch the Cardmarket order.

Active orders only

With a bought/paid trigger, orders that are already sent or arrived are never forwarded - a shipping tool only needs orders that still need shipping. Select the sent or arrived trigger explicitly if you want those.
