What is vendael?
Automatic order processing for Cardmarket sellers
vendael imports your Cardmarket orders and pushes them into the tools you already use - invoicing, shipping, shop and order-management systems. You sell on Cardmarket; vendael handles the busywork around every sale:
- Invoices created automatically in Lexware Office or easybill, with VAT decided by your tax rules (OSS, fixed rate or custom).
- Shipping prepared in Sendcloud - including reporting the tracking number back to Cardmarket and marking the order as sent. (Deutsche Post Internetmarke letter stamps are temporarily unavailable for new connections.)
- Order management in Billbee or DreamRobot, or your own WooCommerce shop.
- Your own tools via signed webhooks.
How it works
- You connect your Cardmarket account once (a secure authorization on cardmarket.com - vendael never sees your password).
- vendael polls Cardmarket for new orders and state changes (paid, sent, arrived …) and mirrors them.
- Each connected integration reacts to the order state you choose - for example "create the invoice when the order is paid".
Orders are processed exactly once per integration: reconnecting, retrying or re-syncing never creates duplicate invoices or shipments.
