Billing
No base fee - pay per processed order, capped at €0.22 each
The model
- € 0/month base subscription - you only pay for orders vendael actually processes for you.
- Never more than € 0.22 per order. Small volumes pay the flat € 0.22; beyond roughly 50 orders per month a volume curve takes over and the effective price per order keeps falling.

An order is counted once when it is first imported - state changes, retries and additional integrations never count again.
Invoices and payment
Payment runs through Stripe (credit card or SEPA direct debit). Usage is billed monthly in one invoice; amounts under € 3 roll over to the next month instead of producing mini-invoices. Invoices, payment methods and cancellation are self-service in the customer portal (Billing page → manage).
Failed payments
If a payment fails, the account is paused (imports stop, nothing is deleted) until the open invoice is settled from the customer portal.
