DreamRobot

Creates one DreamRobot order (Auftrag) per Cardmarket sale - items, buyer and shipping address included, VAT from your tax rules.

Setup

1. In DreamRobot, create REST-API credentials (API user + password; if you don't have them, DreamRobot support enables the REST API for your account).
2. In vendael: Integrations → DreamRobot, enter the credentials.
3. Pick the portal account the orders should land in - "Load list" shows your portal accounts to choose from (leave empty for the account default).
4. Choose the trigger state, usually paid.
5. Optional: backfill the existing order history (opt-in - see the note on quotas below).

Quotas

DreamRobot bills API calls against a daily quota by tariff (Standard = 500 calls/day) and processes only one call at a time. vendael paces itself accordingly; a large history backfill can span more than one day. New-order volume is far below any quota.

Notes

• Paid/sent/arrived flags and the tracking number (when Cardmarket has one) are set on the DreamRobot order.
• Orders in a foreign currency are skipped (Cardmarket EUR only).
