easybill Connect
Orders into easybill's import pipeline (Import Manager)
Pushes every Cardmarket order into easybill's import pipeline (easybill Connect / Import Manager) instead of creating documents through the classic API. easybill then applies its own rules: VAT, invoice numbers, customer matching and skip rules all follow your easybill account settings.
Setup
- In easybill, note your account ID and create an API key (Settings → API). A plan with API access is required.
- In vendael: Integrations → easybill Connect, enter account ID and key. vendael verifies them with easybill before saving.
- Choose the trigger state - usually paid.
- Decide whether easybill should create the invoice document for each order. Leave it on to get invoices automatically; easybill's invoicing rules decide, and orders they exclude show as skipped in vendael, not as failed.
- Optional: also push the already-imported order history. Leave it off to start with new orders only.
How orders arrive
- Each order becomes one import with all line items at gross prices; shipping is added as its own line.
- The buyer's Cardmarket username and shipping address travel with the order so easybill can match or create the customer.
- Pushing the same order twice is recognised by easybill and does not create a duplicate.
- easybill allows 60 requests per minute and 10 invoice creations per minute; vendael paces itself accordingly, so a large history takes a while.
Notes
- Invoice creation is asynchronous on easybill's side. vendael checks the result for a few minutes and shows delivered, skipped (excluded by your easybill rules) or failed with easybill's reason.
- Orders in a foreign currency are skipped (Cardmarket EUR only).
